For your reservation to be confirmed a down payment  of 30 % of totality is requested, the balance at the end of the stay.
Free Cancellations are possible 3 month before arrival at latest , after the down payment of 30% will be kept.
Accepted payments : cash, cheques, SEPA transfer.

Breakfast is served between 8h30 and 9h30
Continental breakfast : coffee, tea, chocolate, pastries, bread, butter, jams,fruit juce, fruits, milk products  

The bedroom must be checked out at 10h at latest the last day
Desired arrival hour between 16h and 20h

The house is no smoker, thank you for your  comprehension

For both flat and bed and breakfast, bed linen and bath towels are furnished

Relating flat rent , the cleaning must be effected at the end of the stay or can be done for 40 euros
